The “Casa De Paloma Blanca” estate is nestled below a hilltop ridge. The signature feature of the home is large walls of color, enclosing dramatic spaces. The residence overlooks the Mayacama Golf Club and has dramatic 270-degree views of the coastal valleys and hills towards San Francisco.

Views unfold into other walled spaces, giving the house mystery as well as delight. Floor to ceiling folding glass doors in the main rooms open up the view, with trellised and spacious terraces.

The bedrooms and studies wing are accessed along a bridge with a window seat and display cases for art and books. The swimming pool, pool house and gardens are off the family room, largely tucked out of the wind. Construction of this estate was initially completed in 2007. Subsequently, further bedrooms and private spaces were added in 2017 for a new owner, to accommodate large family groups and still maintain peace and privacy.
